CRAN package fExtremes

Dear maintainer,

please note that fExtremes fails for me under R-oldrelease these days 
with an obfuscated error message:

http://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-oldrel-windows-ix86+x86_64/fExtremes-00check.html

In addition, please also fix the Warnings and significant Notes for 
R-devel, e.g. at:

http://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-devel-linux-x86_64-gcc-debian/fExtremes-00check.html

as well as any other problems that we may have reported before.
