CRAN packages maintained by you

Dear maintainers,

This concerns CRAN packages

   fUtilities growthrate caschrono

maintained by one of you.

The first fails R CMD check for all current versions of R, and hence
needs to be archived.  This will affect packages depending on it
(growthrate depends on fUtilities, caschrono suggests it).

Can you pls coordinate the necessary actions?

Ideally we would have an update for fUtilities as soon as possible;
otherwise, the reverse dependencies need to be modified to work without
fUtilities.
