Please note we see fExtremes failing on some platforms (and others will follow): http://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_fExtremes.html I do not know why, but intersect(fExtRecDeps, changedPkg) gives [1] "maptools" "rgeos" "survey" on my machine.
