f* package ERRORs

Dear Rmetrics-core,

some of your f* packages fail due to updates of other f* packages on 
CRAN these days:

  fArma, fExtremes, and fTrading show ERRORs now
  fNonlinear, fOptions, fRegression, and fUnitRoots have WARNINGs

Please fix and upload versions with increased version numbers. Please 
also check all your packages to work with new releases of other packages 
_before_ submission.
