CRAN packages maintained by you

Dear maintainers,

This concerns the packages

  MarkedPointProcess, approximator, bindata, copula, emulator, fCopulae,
  hyperdirichlet, markerSearchPower, pgs

and

  mlegp

maintained by one of you.  These packages depend on or (mlegp) suggest
package adapt, for which no valid license information is available.  We
therefore may be forced to withdraw adapt from CRAN, in which case
packages which depend on adapt will no longer be installable.

Please consider the possible implications for you.  Please also note
that FORTRAN code by Alan Genz is still made available at
http://www.math.wsu.edu/faculty/genz/software/software.html, but without
a license statement: it might be possible to obtain a valid and useful
license from Alan Genz.
