The planned downtime which will include  mailman mailing lists,
possibly FTP and HTTP, is at a good time for Europeans only.

Note that the subversion (SVN) server should *NOT* be affected.

For the mailing lists, you should just observe a long timeout
before mails are forwarded / posted, but nothing should be lost,
and the users would not receive feedback (about the timeout)
unless the timeout would take considerably longer, unexpectedly.
