[R-SIG-Win] Rtools43 (gdal update)

Dear R Windows developers,

a minor update of Rtools43, the toolchain for R for Windows used by 
R-devel, is now available as revision 5493 from

https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/rtools43/rtools.html

The update is important for R-devel users who are building geospatial 
packages from source, because it updates gdal from 3.6.0 to 3.6.2. 
Version 3.6.0 of gdal has been officially retracted, it may cause data 
corruption.
