[R-wiki] R jargon

Thanks for the good question, Ben.

I'm looking for volunteers.  I'm
definitely not going to have time to
learn enough wiki stuff to put the
structure in place.

Once the structure is there, I would
put definitions in.  But I'd prefer
for someone to volunteer to do that
as well -- I have one or two other
things in mind to do.
