[R-wiki] We get close to the final release

Hello,

I have refined the structure, installed everything on the server, and, 
most importantly, upgraded to the latest DokuWiki engine (more 
efficient: *everything is now double-cached*), and added a couple of 
additional features. I don't tell you more, so that you could discover 
them by yourself ;-)

Please, note that the tag for R output in <code r></code> has changed 
from '#<' to '#!' (I have changed all pages accordingly).

We are now very close to the final release to be publicly announced, but 
I noticed a couple of new bugs that appeared when switching to the 
latest DokuWiki engine, and also, I still have one or two features to 
implement or finalize (particularly, exportation of Rdoc and ACL).
