[R-wiki] New R syntax highlighter

Hello All,

I have reworked the R syntax highlighter for R and I have added three 
highlighters (for R documentation, for DESCRIPTION and NAMESPACE files).

I have now almost finished the Wiki engine by itself, and I will install 
it in the final address (but not the final physical server yet).
