yes, Philippe (as mailing list admin) or I (as
mailman-super-admin) can do such things.
I've added a link (*) to the above listinfo webpage.
(*) you need to follow, the URL is not shown explicitly;
    Of course, when the URL will be aliased by
    wiki.r-project.org  we will advertize it much more prominently.

    (But then you will not need the link anymore since you can
    memorize "wiki" :-)
