[R-wiki] Slow connection

Now, at home things look better. I appologize for starting this thread
at all as another computer in home network was "sharing" some files and
I did not know that ... I can browse R-wiki even faster than at work,
where link is better, but it is evening/night here now and people sleep
so this comparison ...
