[RsR] Package title

Dear `robustniks',

First I liked very much one of the proposed names in the letter by Martin on
Dec. 5, namely 
"baseRob".
I thought that starting with 'base' is a good thing. Unfortunately it doesn't
contain the keyword 'robust'.
Therefore I find that the name "robust" is short and contains the essential.
