[R-sig-QA] package reviews

Hi,

I've just signed up to this list, but found it's not very active.
I signed up with one idea in mind, which might or might not be 
realistic, but I would be interested to hear what people think about it.
You certainly all know that at websites like Amazon etc, people who 
bought certain products or bought a book can write a review about it. 
Since there are so many user-written functions and packages in R, maybe 
it would be good to have a similar feedback forum. So, the idea is to 
have some forum/page of some form, where users who have used a certain 
new package, could write a short review about it. This would be not just 
be useful for reporting bugs, but more general, whether there are any 
things, that the user expected, which are missing in the package. Or 
general comments what is good or not so good about this package.
What do people think about this?
