[R-sig-networks] Linkcomm

hi,
I am running community detection algorithm on my data which
 is not small : nodes :35000 and edges:680000

I try to run the "linkcomm" community detection algorithm third times but R
became not responding after stage when it finished calculating Edge
similarities !!, what should I do ?  is it because of the size of the
graph? is there any solution or it can not handel  this size of network ?

my system information:


OS :windows 8 -64 bit

Processor: intel core i7

 R 3.1.1
