[R-sig-ME] Package lme4

Hi,

I want to run linear mixed-effects models for analysis of the attached data
file but I was exposed with under error:


*Error in initializePtr() : function 'cholmod_factor_ldetA' not provided by
package 'Matrix'*

I attached the R code and data file.

How can I solve this error? Please guide me.
