[R-sig-ME] TukeyHSD after lmer repeated measures

I fit this model:

repeated_measure_height <- lmer(HEIGHT~ISO+(TIME|EX_PLANT), data=x)

I would like to test if the mean levels of ISO are sig diff. from each 
other (Is the difference greater than of less than 0).
