[R-sig-ME] development version of lme4 on Fedora 18

If anyone in the world aside from me wants to get the development
version of lme4 from
http://lme4.r-forge.r-project.org/repos/src/contrib/
working on Fedora 18, with the Fedora rpm version of R (not yet
updated to 3.0), you have to re-install the minqa package, in addition
to updating the usual ones such as Matrix.
