[R-sig-ME] Power analysis for glmer?

Hello,

 	I have been looking online for a while and come up dry. Could
anybody recommend a paper or library that would give me some idea of how
many subjects I would need to detect an effect of a certain size using a
mixed-effects binomial model?

 	(Yes, I know that power analyses aren't an end-all be-all of
instruction on sample sizes, that p-values are of questionable utility, and
the like--I'm really just trying to get an idea of the scale involved. 10k
versus 1m, for example.)
