[R-sig-ME] glmm for ordinal repeated measurement

Hi all,
 
I have data set with repeated measurement ordinal responses and I would like it using generalized linear mixed model.
 
Shall I use MCMCglmm packeage or I can use lme4 package ? What family should I use in "lme4" package ?
