[R-sig-ME] "Animal Model" plus logistic regression

Hi,

thanks for all your replies, it seems I will need to use other packages
(possibly related to lme4) for this purpose.

To summarize the possibilities (in R):

1. kinship
2. genabel (rgenetics now ?)
3. asreml-R (not free)
4. pedigreemm
