[R-meta] SMD and Eggers regression test for small study effects (publication bias)

I just published meta, version 4.17-0 on CRAN which provides a full 
rework of linear regression tests for funnel plot asymmetry (and calls 
regtest() from metafor internally).

The test by Pustejovsky & Rogers (2019) can be conducted for your 
meta-analysis with the following command:

metabias(res4, method = "Pustejovsky", k.min = 5) # actually 'method = 
"Pu"' is sufficient
