[R-meta] CRAN Task View updated

This should have made its way to a mirror near you.

One point of interest is the new package nmadb which provides access to 
a database of network meta-analyses. This is the first, to my knowledge, 
example of a package in the Task View which provides such a linkage.

As usual information about missing packages gratefully received.
