[R-meta] New R package diagmeta

Hi,

I am pleased to announce that R package diagmeta is available on CRAN 
(https://cran.r-project.org/package=diagmeta).

This package provides methods by Steinhauser et al. (2016) for 
meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy studies with several cutpoints.
