[R-meta] A quote about meta analysis

 Hi All,

This is strictly a non statistical, non software question.

Various aspersions in pithy quotes about systematic reviews/meta analyses have appeared in various places.

One variant states that those who have no research abilities instead do meta analysis.

Has anyone seen this in print anywhere?
