[R-sig-mediawiki] R extension 0.04

Hi,

I just put version 0.04 at the web page 
http://mars.wiwi.hu-berlin.de/mediawiki/sk/index.php/R_Extension_for_MediaWiki. 
The changes are:

- Added patch by Alex Brown for improved error messaging
- Added patch by Alex Brown for choice of image type (jpg, png, etc.)
- Added new hashfunc to generate filenames for HTML pages, images, etc.
