[R-SIG-Mac] Graphics in R, version 4.3.2, does not work well in MacOS

I can confirm that this is a bug specific to macOS Sonoma 14.3.1, even earlier versions of Sonoma don't have that problem. Given the number of previous bugs in Sonoma chances are Apple may fix in the in the next release, but I'll see if we can do anything about it on our end in the meantime.
