[R-SIG-Mac] Issue with Installer on Mac OS Ventura 13.4

Dear all,
I tried to install R on my MacBook M1 pro, with MacOS Ventura 13.4. I downloaded the R version 4.3.0 ( R-4.3.0-arm64.pkg ) but I’m unable to install it. 
When I try to install it the following error message is shown: "Installation failed. Installer encountered an error that prevented installation. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.”  
Please help me to solve this issue.
