[R-SIG-Mac] Non-zero exit status for igraph, rgl and terra packages

{terra}, {sf} and maybe other spatial packages have some issues with source installation since some time, see [this discussion](https://github.com/r-spatial/sf/issues/1894) for more info.

The binaries work fine.
