[R-SIG-Mac] FinderKit error message on starting up R

Hi--- running R as per

i get the following warning when opening R without loading an existing 
data structure (*.Rdata). would someone please explain how serious this 
is, whether it can be ignored, and (preferably) how it can be resolved? 
i am out of my depths.
