[R-SIG-Mac] Problem R with Big Sur

Actually, I have a MacBook Pro 16 »  2020, Big Sur 11.1 and R 4.0.3. A new version of R 4.1.0 for Big Sur is still under development and unstable. I think we just have to wait…
Following Dr E.W. Lisse advices, I have installed RStudio and all is ok.
