Actually, I should have linked to <https://mac.r-project.org/openmp/>
(sorry, I was not aware of it when I posted the first one). Downloading
(preferably caching) a .dylib and a few headers and exporting a few
environment variables in a Travis build is probably doable, but I
haven't tried it myself.
