[R-SIG-Mac] R.app not finishing loading

Hi,

Since I upgraded my MacBook Air with maxOS Catalina (10.15.3), I am unable to use R.app. It starts loading but R does not seem to load properly so the R.app goes into infinite loop.

I have no problem to run R using RStudio.

My sessioninfo() from RStudio is:

R version 3.6.2 (2019-12-12)
Platform: x86_64-apple-darwin15.6.0 (64-bit)
Running under: macOS Catalina 10.15.3
