[R-SIG-Mac] Problem R-4.0 beta and Rmpfr (pre-release)

Can confirm problem:

Traceback:

 6: dpois(mpfr(x, 120), 1000)

Possible actions:
1: abort (with core dump, if enabled)
2: normal R exit
3: exit R without saving workspace
4: exit R saving workspace
