[R-SIG-Mac] R-devel version?

Roger,

the last build was yesterday, but svn update was failing so the R sources were not updating. It should be fixed now. Please note that we're still deciding on the target macOS and toolchain for 4.0 given the Catalina release so it is subject to change.
