[R-SIG-Mac] Problem with Devel version (R 3.6) for Mac OS X

Sorry if I was not clear. I downloaded R-3.6-branch-el-capitan-signed.pkg from https://mac.r-project.org/ <https://mac.r-project.org/> (redirects from r.research.att.com <http://r.research.att.com/>), which is the binary + GUI with installer. Once it installed, the start up message said it was r76245, but the web site said r76363.
