[R-SIG-Mac] Location of plot() window

PlotDirector() instructs R to

 <> display the next plot in a separate graphics window appropriate for the
operating system being used (Windows, Mac, or Linux),
or
 <> build a graphics file in PDF, JPG, PNG, or SVG format.
