[R-SIG-Mac] R “Open Document” failures: R won't launch and caught segfault

Paul,

one issue is that you have a saved workspace that causes R to crash - move it away (/users/PJO/.RData) - see R for Mac FAQ 10.11 "R.app GUI crashes on startup!". Second issue was a crash on macOS Sierra when restoring R documents as startup that was fixed in R 3.3.3.
