[R-SIG-Mac] El Capitan binary package of nleqslv 3.3.1 not available

Hi,

On July 6/7th the latest version of my package nleqslv version 3.3.1 appeared on CRAN.
Since then binary packages have become available for Windows and OS X Mavericks.

However there is no binary package for OS X El Capitan, even though no errors have been reported building the package.
What's going on?
