[R-SIG-Mac] R crashes using Command + D shortcut

I did not compile myself.  I downloaded from CRAN.  All systems look
up-to-date to me.

I currently have,

1) Xcode Version 8.1 (8B62)
2) macOS Sierra 10.12.1
