I need to experiment a bit more, it is curious since RJDBC seems to be working fine when not calling directly in R and not though the FastRWeb/Rserve interface.

FWIW you cannot pre-load Java since JVMs cannot be forked, so as long as you load RJDBC in the script, it should be ok, but you cannot pre-load it.

Cheers,

When my cgi-script calls Rserve, I get the following error message in the terminal window: Invalid memory access of location 0x110 rip0x7fff86d636a9. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a work around? Thanks!
