[R-SIG-Mac] dyld: Symbol not found: _R_tzname

The address values for tzname from my compilation are shown below.  The
library libR.dylib does not contain any value for tzname.

If possible, could you please pass the complete command line to build your
libR.dylib to me?  I am afraid that something is wrong with the linking
stage.
