[R-SIG-Mac] Package Manager does not work with the new R version

You can simply grab the latest R 3.1.0-patched form there and get other bug fixes as well.

With 3.1.1 imminent, 3.1.0-patched has turned into 3.1.1 RC. If you're afraid of prereleases, you might want to wait a few days and get (very likely, nearly) the same thing but labeled 3.1.1 Patched.
