That's not the right place, please install tcltk from CRAN:

http://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/tools/tcltk-8.5.5-x11.dmg

Also you make sure you have installed X11 -- I think you mentioned Lion so that would be from 

http://xquartz.macosforge.org
