[R-SIG-Mac] Which command line tools for XCode 4.2.1

Hi:

The command line tools can be installed once you have Xcode by stating Xcode, going to "Preference" in the File menu and then there is a "Download" option.  That is where you can install the CLI.

You may have to give a terminal command the first time to point to it once installed - I would shave to look that up - I know this had to be done for Fink.
