packages that worked worked with 2.15.1 still work?

There are people posting misinformation ....

There is no known need to reinstall CRAN packages for R 2.15.2 from R
2.15.0. However, there are packages which have newest versions
depending on R >= 2.15.2, and others depending on new versions of BioC
packages which are available in BioC 2.11, which is the default in R
2.15.2 (as distinct from BioC 2.10 in R 2.15.[01]). So I would always
suggest using update.packages() after updating R.
