It seems that you are picking up the wrong MPI. Essentially the above tells you that you are using 64-bit R but only 32-bit (or other incompatible MPI) was found in /usr/local/lib. However, you were using /opt/... in the configuration so you should remove whatever MPI remains you have in /usr/local or use /usr/local for the MPI to start with.
