[R-SIG-Mac] R 2.15.1 installer with signature (for Mountain Lion)

Mountain Lion has been around for a few days and, interestingly, so far no one has complained here, but the default privacy setting prevents unsigned installer packages from installing. Therefore there is an additional download on CRAN now consisting of R 2.15.1 in a signed installer package. The actual content is identical to that of the release but it is now signed with my Developer ID so it will install under the default setting. All this is only relevant to OS X 10.8 users.

PS: Nightly builds will remain unsigned for now (so you can only install them in the less restrictive privacy setting or from tar balls) since the bugs in Apple's tools with respect to signing have only been fixed in the most recent Xcode which is not available for the current build machine.
