The mirror your'e using is broken (or your internet connection). Please try a different mirror.

PS: Just to re-iterate - the @rpath issue is long gone! It was a problem only for one day and only for a few packages and is irrelevant to anyone now (if you don't see @path anywhere in the output, it's NOT that problem!).
