[R-SIG-Mac] New GUI enhancements

G'day Simon,

two quick little bits of feedback - I just upgraded to 2.13.0 on Friday.

Absolutely totally love the the Command-Enter in the help files to get the demo code into the console. I've honestly thought about this about five million times since I started using R in any format. Every single time I've copied, switched window and pasted. This is just brilliant. Thank you very much for this enhancement. 

Second - I've noticed that if I go to Console or Syntax preferences, clicking subsequently on Show all makes the Colour picker appear. Clicking on any pane then makes it go away again. Obviously, very minor issue!
